FDA Emergency Use Authorization

In response to COVID-19 related shortages beginning in March 2020, the FDA issued a statement authorizing the use of respirators made outside of the United States. Emergency Use Authorization has been fully revoked as of July 2021 and KN95 respirators are no longer authorized for use by medical personnel in healthcare settings.
